Some of our Crazy Elk Crew were onhand this year to experience Otakan 2008 in Baltimore - the convention of the otaku generation by fans, for fans, currently in its 15th year! Every year, thousands of fans converge on Baltimore to celebrate anime, manga and all facets of Asian pop culture! \

This year our very own Jason Woolbert was there, and he was fortunate enough to run into artist Allison Strejlau, whom he commissioned to sketch a scene from "Fight the Panda Syndicate" in which the villainous Xiongmao triggers a devious act of hypnosis, sending Rachel Gehret forth in an attempt to secure the talisman that he is seeking.

FTPS T-SHIRTS WORN OUT AND ABOUT!

So often we hear stories of friends who have friends who have seen one of the 202 Panda T-shirts out there! So far, our shirts have found homes in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, California, Minnesota, Rhode Island, Florida, Maryland and who knows where else!
